After each day, the members were to find out who had done it via a series of clues and Crime Scenes given by Lucy, one of our old 2008 campers, at the end, the murderer was no other than one of Kinsaki's most liked members and friend: Ogden a.k.a Summer Santa. Who knows if we'll hear from him again but let's hope he's on better terms.

During our event we also added some new Staff members to the team and, let me tell you, they all have been doing terrific work with us, and we thank them all for joinin! We hoped all the members had fun with our event and enjoyed the items received, as well!

Right now we have been focusing on working with the site and compiling suggestions and new features but the best news is that some may be getting implemented soon this week. Aside from the feature-listing, we have also been interviewing possible Pixel Artists to join the Kinsaki Staff. We have received a vast amount of applicants. Some pixelers seem to be doing some great work that we wish we could show you, and although it is slightly different than Kinsaki's original style (since no one can ever replace Emilie's amazing work), we think you all will love who we'll pick, stay tuned with the announcements about this, we may be making one very soon.

Mod Applications Update

Hey, Kinsakians, you are all probably anxious to see who we give 4 modships to, just like the applicants must be anxious to see if they get the job or not.

For now, we will keep Applications open for a few more days for those of you who haven't applied or are still skeptical about the job. I will let you all know through an announcement when we close applications, then we will be taking a few more days after to discuss all applications, so please bear with us for this could take a week or two, we want to do this right and choose only those we think can do their best to help improve the community.

Still skeptical about the job? Let me tell you some facts!

First, if you don't have any of the requirements posted in the announcement--and we will check this--please do not submit applications. This goes to the Communication Skills as well, this is a very important factor for a good Staff team--we communicate a lot and it's important for all to be open with each other, we do things together as a team.

Speaking about communication, and this wasn't posted in the requirement section, but we ask our Staff Members to be familiar with Instant Messaging services like Windows Live or Yahoo, as long as they are capable to make and join groups. This is important for Staff members to keep quick communication and if you don't have Messenger or YIM, please consider getting one soon because it is an internal requirement.

Activeness is defined as logging to Kinsaki with the purpose to interact for a few mins to a few hours or more. Being active on the Staff is a very big thing, but we do understand completely that real life is more important than being online at times, so we do understand that whenever you have a problem, you can tell us and we can come to some agreement.

Becoming a moderator doesn't just mean power but responsibility, so please be sure you will be serious about the job and try not to make so many mistakes like causing conflicts with the members or other things.

For now this will be all you need to know, I will be keeping updates through Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace about small things we may be doing inside the Staff about the Mod Applications, so keep in tune with them!

http://facebook.com/kinsaki
http://twitter.com/kinsaki
http://myspace.com/kinsaki

Kinsaki and Blogger

Kinsaki has just created a Blogger for future uses.
Stay tuned.
